ASSA ABLOY DL6010S (formerly Crawford) Swingdock
ASSA ABLOY DL6010S swingdock is the standard solution in general industry applications. Its swing lip safely bridges the gap between the ramp and the vehicle bed. The lip of ASSA ABLOY swingdock levellers is tapered (bent) to prevent material handling equipment from “grounding out” on the bed of docked trailers.
Hydraulic swing-lip dock levellers feature very robust swing-lip support with burned plates. All impact forces are absorbed optimally, reducing damage form impact of MHE movements and providing a long lifetime. Another outstanding feature is the lip design, with open hinges preventing the accumlation of debris and grime at the hinge. This low-maintenance solution guarantees trouble-free operation.
The innovative and unique ASSA ABLOY 950 series docking control system offers complete control of the dock leveller, dock shelter and door, all in one control unit. With very few self-explanatory buttons on the control unit, the system is easy to operate for all operators. Separate steering (control) units and complex wiring systems are no longer needed.
