Hydraulic swing-lip dock levellers are designed to enable a safe and efficient loading and unloading while reducing downtime to a minimum. The result is exceptionally high safety for the transfer of goods, preventing any injuries or damage to equipment. Maintenance is easy and fast to secure functionality. The lip of ASSA ABLOY swingdock levellers is tapered (bent) to prevent material handling equipment from “grounding out” on the bed of docked trailers.

Hydraulic swing-lip dock levellers feature very robust swing-lip support with burned plates. All impact forces are absorbed optimally, reducing damage form impact of MHE movements and providing a long lifetime. Another outstanding feature is the lip design, with open hinges preventing the accumlation of debris and grime at the hinge. This low-maintenance solution guarantees trouble-free operation.

The innovative and unique ASSA ABLOY 950 series docking control system offers complete control of the dock leveller, dock shelter and door, all in one control unit. With very few self-explanatory buttons on the control unit, the system is easy to operate for all operators. Separate steering (control) units and complex wiring systems are no longer needed.

ASSA ABLOY DL6111SA swingdock autodock has a self-supporting frame for easy integration with a building. It forms a base for a complete loadhouse outside the building, containing all relevant components, leveller, shelter and door to make it a total docking solution. It is a heavy-duty dock leveller with a load capacity of 100 kN or optional 150 kN. Robust and reliable construction guarantees high performance during the tough handling of high loads.
